Acceptance

By signing in to cypherbreak, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country)
• You’re responsible for activity under your account
• Keep your Discord login secure
• One account per person

Acceptable use

Don’t:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post illegal content, hate speech, or spam
• Cheat in competitions (vote manipulation, fake registrations, impersonation)
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
• Scrape or bulk-download user data

Violations can result in timeout, permanent ban, or account deletion at our discretion.

Organizers

If you create a jam or competition on cypherbreak, you agree to:

• Run events in good faith with accurate information
• Not collect personal data from participants outside the platform without consent
• Handle disputes among participants fairly

Content

You own the content you post (jam flyers, profile text, etc.). By posting, you grant cypherbreak a license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

Account termination

You can terminate your account at any time from the user dropdown. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Disclaimers

cypherbreak is provided “as is,” without warranty. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free operation. Tournament results displayed on the platform are informational; organizers are responsible for the real-world outcomes of their events.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
